Proposal · September 2026
Brand system and templated materials, plus website design, development and a custom icon set. Phase 1 by October 20, Phase 2 two to three weeks after.
Relevant work, live
Not a full portfolio. These are the three closest matches to what Ultion needs, and the reason each one is here.
The closest match to the reference you shared, and work we have already shipped in construction and real estate. Same core problem as Ultion: making physical capability read as credible on a screen, without the startup gloss you said to avoid.
A clean Framer build carrying illustrations drawn from scratch, not stock. This is the direct sample for section 3.3, the custom icon set on a consistent grid, and for the technical illustration work in 3.2 if you want that back in scope.
Our most recent build. The product was not live yet, so illustration and narrative had to carry the entire page. That is exactly Ultion’s constraint ahead of launch.
Reference documents
Samples of the two Phase 1 deliverables that are hardest to judge from a website. Both open in a new tab.
A ten page extract in the format section 2.1 describes. Logo overview and clear space, the palette with Pantone, CMYK, RGB and hex values, colour combinations, type specimens, imagery direction with a do and do-not set, and the brand device applied in use.
Eleven slides showing the layout range your template will carry: title and section covers in light and dark, a content layout, a data layout, a technical spec table, and table styles matched to the palette. Your version ships as a native .potx with working masters.
What clients say
The process
Phase 1 lands by October 17 to 20. Phase 2 then runs two to three weeks including development. This accounts for the days Conrad and Taylor are unavailable, October 9, 15 and 16.
Brand assets, the approved claims list and market priorities come across, plus the page list and copy for the website build. If the technical illustrations come back into scope we will also need cell drawings, pack assembly and dimensional data, since a cutaway cannot be accurate without them.
Guide v1 delivered, 10 to 15 pages, as PDF plus editable source. Logo usage and clear space, the full palette with token values, type hierarchy with specimens, imagery direction and application examples.
Presentation, spec sheet, one pager and document kit, all as native Office files with working masters and styles. Revisions land in the window while you are away, with Phase 1 complete and accepted by the 20th.
Website design and development plus the custom icon set, with build time included. Two to three weeks from Phase 1 acceptance rather than a fixed date, so the pages get the passes they need.

Common questions
Two phases. Phase 1 is the brand system guide and the templated materials. Phase 2 is the website design and build plus the icon set. You approve each phase before we move to the next.
Yes. The presentation ships as a native .potx with working slide masters, and the document kit as a .dotx with real styles. Have your team build a sample document before you accept either one.
Two rounds per deliverable, with your feedback consolidated into a single response per round.
Everything. Editable source files for every deliverable, the native Office templates, and the icon set as SVG plus source. All rights assign to Ultion on final payment. We keep only the right to show the work in a portfolio.
Investment
Phase 1 priced in full. Phase 2 at our standard rates, pending the scope conversation below.
Phase 2 carries no total yet because the page count is not settled, so the additional page lines are priced per page. The three percentages apply to the agreed contract value once it is. Invoices payable net 15, and font licensing, stock imagery and third party costs are passed through at cost with your written approval first.
Conrad, you mentioned the website project needs more language before it can be priced properly, and we agree. The Phase 2 figures above are our standard rates, included so you have real numbers for the budget request rather than a blank. They are not a fixed quote yet.
Page count, the platform, and how much the template already covers will all move these numbers. One call settles it. Worth covering in the same conversation: the theming pass, the six technical illustrations and the launch asset kit are not priced here, and the custom section designs in your October 22 milestone have no fee line in the SOW.
Ready when you are
The schedule above assumes the SOW is executed by September 30. Reply and we will get the kickoff call booked for October 1.
